- Directed multiple phases of retail / restaurant concept, design, revenue and customer service improvements for 142 locations in the two airports; led research, leasing and contract negotiations for duty free, broadcast news, airline catering and baggage carts.
- Opened 22 new retail and dining locations in a single year; increased minimum annual (rental) guarantee by $6.5 million or 124%
- Increased annual guaranteed revenue by more than 225% for Duty Free concessions at the Airports; the $8 million annual increase was created through defining and implementing a procurement program that maximized financial results while ensuring optimum customer service.

Chicago Transit Authority (CTA)
- Defined and implemented approaches to maximize real estate revenues while enhancing customer's CTA experience. Evaluated opportunities for transit station concessions at all (144) transit station locations. Developed marketing program and solicitation documents and contracts to expand and improve transit concessions. ATM proposals offered to enhance ATM revenues by more than 150%; number of units to be increased by 50%.

- Enhanced the image, revenues and visitorship for Chicago’s #1 visitor attraction. New retailers brought to Pier included Harry Carey’s and Garret’s Popcorn.

Quiznos Sub Multi-Unit Downtown Chicago
- Managed real estate and overall business strategy for partnership that developed and managed Quiznos Sub restaurants in downtown Chicago--Four Quiznos Sub locations were opened over an 18-month time frame. Stores were consistently top performers in the tri-state region. Directed real estate plan and divestiture that yielded approximately $700,000 or 22% return on investment.
